Our son the musician

Students at Asa's school put on a hastily organized concert to raise money for relief work in Haiti (Partners in Health). My wife videotaped the show, and Asa chopped up the recording into appropriate pieces and posted them on YouTube.

Here he is.

Congratulations! And thank you/Asa for Nick Drake -- I haven't been this excited listening to 30-second iTunes samples in a while!

Yes, me too. My daughter has him on her ipod. I remember him in the late 60s & early 70s, but his work seemed to disappear for a long time after he died. I'm glad it's back. Thanks to your video i had a dream about him last night.

About Me

I am a professor of mathematics. (I began calling myself "Empty" or Ø when hanging around at blogs, because I am somewhat fixated on the empty set. Students and colleagues know that I can be a bit of an ancient mariner about it.)
